在教师行动研究被提出来之后,研究人员就开展了有关本教制度的研究。在这样的基础上,教师执教管理的自由有了稳固的制度做保障。在这方面,我国与西方发达国家有一定的差距,但是也在逐步完善现有的校本教研制度,在多个领域取得了一定成果。在不断改进的过程中,研究人员应当意识到现有理论的片面性,从基础形态、运作方式、管理模式等方面进一步完善有关校本教研制度的建设。
After the study of teacher action was put forward, the researchers conducted research on the teaching system. On this basis, teachers have the freedom to teach and manage a solid system to protect. In this regard, there is a certain gap between China and the developed countries in the west, but it is also gradually improving the existing school-based teaching and research system and has achieved certain results in various fields. In the process of continuous improvement, researchers should be aware of the one-sidedness of existing theories and further improve the school-based teaching and research system from the aspects of basic form, operation mode and management mode.
