择时督脉灸治疗肾阳虚型腰痛临床观察

目的 观察择时督脉灸对肾阳虚型腰痛患者肾阳虚证候、疼痛及功能障碍的临床疗效.方法 随机将60例肾阳虚型腰痛患者分为3组,每组20例,分别于巳时、酉时及不择时行督脉灸治疗,每周治疗1次,连续治疗4次.对比3组治疗前后组内及治疗后组间VAS疼痛评分、JOA积分、中医肾阳虚证候因子评分及综合疗效.结果 3组治疗后各指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),但3组治疗后的各项指标比较差异无统计学意义.结论 督脉灸能显著改善肾阳虚型腰痛患者的疼痛和肾阳虚证候,但在时间规律方面尚未发现哪个时间段在临床疗效上有明显优势,与临床观察的现象不符,有待临床扩大样本量进一步探索和总结.

文章通过选用高精度磁测剖面测量、激电中梯剖面测量、高精度重力剖面测量、可控源音频大地电磁测深等方法对青海省夏日哈木铜镍矿床开展地球物理方面的研究,探讨各种物探手段对该区矿床勘查的有效性及适用性,丰富区内物探资料,为区内同类型矿床勘查提供借鉴.研究表明,高精度磁测剖面测量在大范围寻找矿体较为有效,但难以表达矿体的形态特征;激电中梯剖面测量中极化率曲线能准确定位矿体的位置、显示矿体的规模,在一定程度上反映矿体的展布特征;高精度重力剖面测量中布格重力曲线与剩余异常曲线均能表现相对高异常,异常曲线在一定程度上反映
