目的比较广西苦丁茶嫩叶与老叶中槲皮素和山柰素含量的差异。方法用甲醇、乙醇、水分别提取苦丁茶的嫩叶与老叶,用高效液相色谱法测定提取液中槲皮素和山柰素的含量。结果苦丁茶老叶中槲皮素和山柰素的含量为500~750μg/g和500~1 000μg/g,嫩叶中槲皮素和山柰素的含量为1 100~1 800μg/g和80~160μg/g。结论不同部位的苦丁茶叶中槲皮素和山柰素的含量存在着一定差别,在苦丁茶老叶的甲醇提取中两者含量较高,广西苦丁茶老叶可利用价值较高。 Objective To compare the differences in the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in young leaves and leaves of Guangxi Kuding tea. Methods The leaves and leaves of Kudingcha were extracted with methanol, ethanol and water respectively. The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in the extract were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in the old leaves of Kudingcha were 500-750μg/g and 500-1 000μg/g, and the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in young leaves were 1 100-1 800 μg/g. And 80~160μg/g. Conclusion There are some differences in the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in Kuding tea from different parts. The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in the old leaves of Kuding tea are higher, and the available value of Guangxi Kuding tea is higher.
