针对山东某金矿选矿厂磨机处理量和磨矿产品粒度特性很难达产达标的问题,对MQG2736磨机介质尺寸及配比进行优化研究.实验室试验得出,该金矿石整体韧性较大,硬度中等,属于较难磨类型的矿石,可选择性磨矿;推荐方案的+0.30 mm含量比现场方案降低67.80%,中间可选级别-0.30+0.010 mm、易选级别-0.15+0.019 mm和-0.074 mm含量分别比现场方案提高3.88%、13.84%和13.05%.工业试验结果显示,溢流产品中+0.3 mm比试验前降低28.93%,中间易选级别-0.15+0.037 mm产率比试验前提高了12.35%,-0.074 mm的含量提高0.87%,过细粒级-0.037 mm的含量降低15.84%;磨机台时处理量比试验前提高6.76%;磨矿单耗比试验前降低12.18%.
In view of the problem that the processing capacity of mill and the grain size characteristics of grinding products in a gold ore dressing plant in Shandong are hard to reach the standard of production, the media size and proportioning of MQG 2736 mill are optimized and the laboratory tests show that the overall toughness of the gold ore Large and medium hardness, belonging to the more difficult type of ore grinding, optional grinding; recommended program of +0.30 mm content than the field program to reduce 67.80%, intermediate optional level -0.30 +0.010 mm, easy to choose level -0.15 +0.019 mm and -0.074 mm, respectively, were 3.88%, 13.84% and 13.05% higher than those in the field respectively.Industrial tests showed that +0.3 mm in the overflow product decreased by 28.93% compared with that before the test, and the yield rate in the middle range was -0.15 +0.037 mm 12.35% higher than before test, 0.87% increase of -0.074 mm, 15.84% decrease of -0.997 mm, grinding capacity increased by 6.76% 12.18%.
