介绍严寒地区客运专线CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道板生产过程中裂纹发生的位置和形式,系统分析轨道板裂纹产生的原因,并针对东北严寒地区气候严寒的环境特征提出了工艺改进措施和设计优化建议,即加强轨道板混凝土施工过程控制,加强轨道板养护控制,规范脱模吊装工艺,改进蒸气养护装置和模具基础设置,优化CRTSⅠ型轨道板纵向锚穴口尺寸及结构。
The location and form of cracks in CRTS Ⅰ ballastless track slab for passenger dedicated railway line in severe cold area are introduced. The causes of cracks on slab track are systematically analyzed. Based on the characteristics of severe cold climate in northeast cold area, some suggestions on process improvement and design optimization are put forward. That is to strengthen the track slab concrete construction process control, strengthen rail plate maintenance control, standard demoulding lifting process, improve the steam curing device and the basic mold set to optimize CRTS Ⅰ type track plate longitudinal anchor hole size and structure.
