目的探讨CT显示膝状神经窝扩大在面神经管骨折诊断中的价值。方法对30例面神经管骨折患者行轴面和冠状面CT成像,以术中观察结果为准,评价膝状神经窝扩大与面神经管膝状神经窝骨折的相关性,比较轴面和冠状面图像对面神经管膝状神经窝扩大的显示情况。结果术中发现面神经管膝状神经窝骨折30例,术前CT检查显示膝状神经窝骨折18例,术中发现膝状神经节肿胀30例,CT图像显示膝状神经窝扩大28例。CT检查及术中均显示膝状神经窝骨折、扩大18例,CT检查仅显示膝状神经窝扩大,未显示骨折12例。结论外伤性面神经麻痹患者CT检查不能显示骨折线时,膝状神经窝扩大是诊断膝状神经窝骨折的重要依据。
Objective To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of facial nerve canal fracture. Methods Thirty patients with facial nerve canal fracture underwent axial and coronal CT imaging. Based on the intraoperative findings, the correlation between the enlargement of the geniculate nerve and the geniculate nerve socket of the facial nerve canal was evaluated. The axial and coronal images were compared Opposite the nerve canal lacteal nerve socket to expand the display. Results 30 cases of facial nerve foramina of the facial nerve canal were found during surgery. Preoperative CT examination showed that 18 cases of geniculate knee nerve fossa fracture. 30 cases of geniculate ganglion were found to be swollen in operation. 28 cases of geniculate knee were enlarged by CT. CT examination and intraoperative knee nerve fossa showed fractures, 18 cases enlarged, CT examination showed only geniculate knee flexion, did not show fracture in 12 cases. Conclusion CT scan of patients with traumatic facial paralysis can not show the fracture line, geniculate knee socket is an important basis for the diagnosis of geniculate knee nerve fractures.
