我部购置了三台MTU-71B型履带式全液压挖掘机,这种挖掘机造价低廉,发动机工作也较稳定,油耗低,适合配置在工程量大而集中的地域作业。但是该机在实际工作中,可靠性差,尤其是液压系统,经常因故障而停机。在使用近半年中,实际作业时间还不足100h,加之备件困难而价格昂贵。据此,我们对该机经常性故障进行了系统分析,认为该机可靠性差的原因主要有三,一是机械使用的环境温度有一定影响;二是该机液压系统的主要元件制造质量差;三是液压系统自身有缺陷。经论证,我们将原机的液压系统进行了改装,使原系统的主要元件和易损件国产化。改装后的系统经1000多小时的作业考核,整机性能已达到或接近原机给定的指标,系统原有的故障全部排除,作业效率较以前提高了一倍以上,经济效益得到了很大的改善。
