在江苏省南京、宜兴两地对金钱松(Pseudolarix amabilis (Nelson) Rehd.)人工林群体的开花特性进行了观察。结果表明,金钱松人工林群体中个体间的开花量、花粉粒形态大小及花粉发芽率等性状都存在明显的差异。金钱松花粉发芽特点与落叶松(Larix ssp)和花旗松(Pseudotsnga menziesii (Mirbel) Franco) 的花粉发芽特点具有相似性。花粉在一般的蔗糖琼脂培养基上难以发芽,在Brewbaker和Kwaek的培养基上则发芽良好。此外,对金钱松的良种选育问题也提出了讨论。
Flowering characteristics of plantations of Pseudolarix amabilis (Nelson) Rehd. Were observed in Nanjing and Yixing of Jiangsu Province. The results showed that there were significant differences in the flowering amount, pollen grain size and pollen germination rate among individuals of Pinus thunbergii plantation population. The characteristics of the pollen germination of the cashmere pine have similarities with the pollen germination characteristics of Larix ssp and Pseudotsnga menziesii (Mirbel) Franco. Pollen is difficult to germinate on average sucrose agar and germinates well on Brewbaker and Kwaek media. In addition, the question of elite seed selection of Pinus thunbergii is also discussed.
