目的 :观察运用溶栓胶囊治疗前后高原红细胞增多症患者抗氧化能力及内皮功能的变化 ,探讨其对高原红细胞增多症发生、发展的影响 ;方法 :对 1 62例高原红细胞增多症患者治疗前后血清SOD、MDA、GSH和NO、NOS、ET -1含量进行测定 ,并与 3 3例高原正常健康人作对比研究 ;结果 :高原红细胞增多症患者血清SOD、GSH、NO及NOS含量在治疗前显著低于治愈后和对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,MDA及ET -1含量治疗前显著高于治愈后和对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,治愈后与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;结论 :高原红细胞增多症患者机体处于氧化胁迫状态 ,脂质过氧化损伤及内皮功能失衡是HAPC患者病情持续加重的重要原因之一。溶栓胶囊可明显改善患者的内皮功能、减轻脂质过氧化损害
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of antioxidant capacity and endothelial function in patients with high altitude polycythemia before and after treatment with thrombolytic capsules, and to explore its effect on the occurrence and development of high altitude polycythemia.Methods: The changes of serum antioxidant capacity in patients with high altitude polycythemia SOD, MDA, GSH, NO, NOS and ET-1 were measured and compared with that of 33 normal controls in plateau. Results: The levels of serum SOD, GSH, NO and NOS in patients with high altitude polycythemia before treatment were significantly higher The levels of MDA and ET-1 before treatment were lower than those of the control group and the control group (P <0.01), and were significantly higher than those of the control group and the cured group (P <0.01) (P <0.01) P> 0.05). Conclusion: The body of patients with high altitude polycythemia is under oxidative stress. The lipid peroxidation injury and imbalance of endothelial function are one of the important reasons for the continuous worsening of HAPC patients. Thrombolytic capsules can significantly improve the patient’s endothelial function, reduce lipid peroxidation damage
