钢坯表面缺陷的机械化砂轮修磨,是特钢后部工序中急待解决的重要课题。为此,冶金部于1980年6月组织东北工学院、苏州冶金机械厂、陕西钢厂、上钢五厂等单位,成立联合研制组,共同研制我国第一台中速中负荷双面立式钢坯修磨机。经过三年时间的协作攻关,YLM—1型钢坯修磨机终于研制成功,填补了国内缺门,于1983年7月正式通过了冶金部鉴定,并荣获冶金工业部1983年度重要冶金科技成果三等奖。本文较系统的总结了研制过程、设备情况及已经取得的经济效益。
Billet surface defects mechanized grinding wheel grinding, is the urgent need to solve the latter part of the steel process an important issue. To this end, the Ministry of Metallurgical in June 1980 organized the Northeast Institute of Technology, Suzhou Metallurgical Machinery Factory, Shaanxi Iron and Steel, Wuchang Steel and other units, the establishment of a joint research group to jointly develop China’s first medium-speed load in the vertical billet Grinding machine. After three years of collaborative research, YLM-1 billet grinding machine was finally successfully developed to fill the gap in the country, in July 1983 formally passed the Ministry of Metallurgical Identification, and won the 1983 Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Important Metallurgical Science and Technology Achievements III Award. This article systematically summarizes the development process, equipment and has achieved economic benefits.
