目的 探讨儿童再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)骨髓组织超微结构临床意义。方法 采用透射电镜对35 例儿童再障的骨髓组织进行超微结构观察,并与3 例骨髓造血功能正常的其他血液病骨髓组织进行对照。结果 儿童再障骨髓造血细胞和基质细胞均有不同程度改变,造血细胞改变程度慢再障高于严重再障,基质细胞改变程度严重再障高于慢再障;临床缓解和治愈的再障骨髓组织仍与正常不同。结论 再障患儿骨髓组织本身存在的内在缺陷是再障发病、药物不能根治、停药易复发的基本原因,再障骨髓超微结构的变化特征对于指导再障诊断的分型、治疗有一定的临床意义
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of bone marrow ultrastructure in children with aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia). Methods The ultrastructure of 35 cases of children with aplastic anemia was observed by transmission electron microscopy and compared with 3 cases of other hematopoietic myeloid tissues with normal function of bone marrow. Results The levels of hematopoietic cells and stromal cells in children with aplastic anemia were all changed to varying degrees. The degree of hematopoietic cell changes was lower than that of severe aplastic anemia, and the severity of aplastic anemia was higher than that of chronic aplastic anemia. The clinical remission and cured bone marrow cells The organization is still different from normal. Conclusion The intrinsic defect of bone marrow in children with aplastic anemia is the basic cause of aplastic anemia, drug can not be cured, the drug easy to relapse, the change characteristics of ultrastructure of aplastic aneurysm for guiding the diagnosis of aplastic anemia, there is a certain type of treatment The clinical significance
