为了滚焊平面环形焊缝(膜盒),各厂大多对FR170贮能焊机进行改装,我厂采取的设计方案结构和特点如下: 1.导电部分:将导电和传动分离,避免由于传动不平稳或接触不良而瞬时增加接触电阻,也避免焊接过程带来恶性同步叠加作用而出现虚焊。焊接铜排直接紧固在紫铜电刷上,电刷由电刷架导向并在水平面内浮动,同时受弹簧弹力沿径向压紧作为下电极的转盘,经转盘侧缘摩擦导电,电刷架固定在主轴减速箱的箱体上。 2.传动部分:转盘由减速机和伞齿轮传动装置带动,为使转盘回转的定心性高。本装置选用大型伞齿轮副和负间隙滚珠套筒,在正常焊接速度下变速手柄处于档位的中段。
