采用搅拌球磨对花生壳进行机械活化,以不同活化时间的花生壳为原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸钠为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法花生壳接枝丙烯酸合成高吸水性树脂。考察了活化时间、单体与花生壳质量比、交联剂用量、引发剂用量和反应温度等因素对吸水率的影响。活化90min的花生壳制得的产品去离子吸水率和0.9%氯化钠溶液的吸水率分别为1276g/g和136g/g,相同条件下未活化的仅为675g/g与71g/g。
The peanut shells were mechanically activated by agitation ball mill. The peanut shells with different activation time were used as raw materials, and ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite were used as initiator to graft superabsorbent onto the peanut shell by aqueous solution polymerization. The effects of activation time, the mass ratio of monomer to peanut shell, the amount of crosslinking agent, the amount of initiator and the reaction temperature on the water absorption were investigated. The deionized water absorption of 0.9% sodium chloride solution was 1276g / g and 136g / g respectively for the product of peanut shell activated 90min, and it was only 675g / g and 71g / g under the same conditions.
