近几年来,过去单纯以仓储运输为主,专为商业批发企业服务的商业储运公司都拓展了经营的新路子,调整经营方向,转换经营机制,实行全方位多层次的发展。企业的经营规模不断扩大,公司下属企业层出不穷、相继涌现。在经营行业上,除了仓储运输外,又有了商品经营,餐饮服务,商办工业,社会服务(如:汽车出租、旅游、广告业等)。在经营方式上,有独资、合资、联营和场所租凭、柜台出租。这些企业的经营方式不同,经营内容不同,安全管理要求的重点也就不同。因此,有必要针对出现的新问题,分析新特点,研究新对策,以利于企业消防安全工作的顺利进行。
In the past few years, commercial storage and transportation companies, which were solely based on warehousing and transportation, specialized in providing services to commercial wholesale enterprises, expanded their business operation routes, adjusted their business direction and switched their operational mechanisms to implement all-round and multi-level development. The continuous expansion of the business scale, the company affiliated enterprises after another, have emerged. In the business sector, in addition to warehousing and transportation, there are also commodity management, catering services, commercial and industrial services and social services (eg car rental, tourism, advertising, etc.). In the mode of operation, a wholly-owned, joint ventures, associates and premises leasing, counter rental. These enterprises have different modes of operation, different business contents and different requirements for safety management. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze new features and new measures in light of the emerging new problems so as to facilitate the smooth progress of the enterprise’s fire safety work.
