我厂在四醛生产中,用L41×49WD-1罗茨风机为系统提供物料空气。随着生产系统的不断挖潜提产,要求罗茨风机能够高稳定、高性能、满负荷地运转。由于物料风量的突变易引发氧高温的波动而波及产品的质量,甚至会造成触媒超温而被迫停车,又鉴于罗茨风机本身的结构特性,造成维护检修困难,因此罗茨风机的维护检修技术应突出得到甲醛生产的关键技术当中。
