引进直读光谱仪代替常规化学分析法用于生产实际是一项巨大的技术进步。应用直读光谱仪进行炼钢过程及成品化学成份分析,对解放生产能力、扩大品种、提高产品质量、降低检验成本、实现铁、钢、材的热连接有着巨大的意义且经济上可行,投资效益好。仅检测系统的自身直接经济效益达70万元。炼钢生产由增加产量,节能降耗所创造效益年可达400万元。仅按分析检测系统直接效益计算,三年可收回全部投资。96年4月投入运行至今的实践证明:分析准确、可靠、快速、为配合连铸生产发挥了重要作用。
