自中国新劳动合同法2008年1月施行以来,已经历了大约6年的时间。新法在2007年甫一公布,便遭致各方非议。有趣的是,无论是立场偏右的新自由主义学者(如张五常),还是经常语不惊人死不休的偏左学者(如郎咸平),都在期刊和电视上对新法大加批评,前者多数指责新法会削减就业基数、逼迫企业从劳工密集转向技术密集,后者则认为新法并没有经过充分的试点就匆忙推出,实属鲁莽。加
It has been about 6 years since the new Labor Contract Law of China came into force in January 2008. The new law, which was announced on the first day of 2007, was criticized by all parties. Interestingly, neoliberal scholars (such as Zhang Wuchang) who are far-sighted toward the right and left-scholar (such as Lang Xianping) who are not astonishing at common language often criticize the new law on periodicals and televisions.
