青光眼滤过术后纤维瘢痕化仍是导致手术失败的原因之一。本文对近几十年来滤过手术的抗瘢痕化研究作一回顾和展望 ,重点介绍本领域分子生物学方面的进展。随着分子生物学理论和技术的广泛应用 ,反义治疗技术的进一步发展 ,基因治疗研究的深入 ,各种新型生物材料的出现 ,相信在新的世纪里有望找到更安全、更有效的抗瘢痕化治疗新途径。
Glaucoma fibula scarring after surgery is still one of the reasons leading to the failure of surgery. In this paper, the anti-scarring of filtration surgery in recent decades made a review and prospect, focusing on the progress in the field of molecular biology. With the extensive application of molecular biology theory and technology, the further development of antisense therapy technology, the deepening of gene therapy research and the emergence of various new biomaterials, it is believed that in the new century it is expected to find a safer and more effective anti-scarring New ways of treatment.
