高速柴油机燃油系的工作参数是研究柴油机工作过程中不可缺少的原始資料,通常由示波仪描繪的高压油管燃油压力和噴油器針閥升程两个示波图(图1)获得。这些参数是:噴油器針閥开启时的燃油压力Р_ф、最高噴油压力Р_(Тм)、油泵供油提前角ψ_(оп)~н、噴油滞后角ψ_з、油泵供油角ψ_п~н、噴油器噴油提前角ψ_(оп)ф、噴油器供油角ψ_п~ф、油泵柱塞升程h_н、噴油器針閥升程h。
Working parameters of high-speed diesel fuel system are indispensable raw materials for studying the working process of diesel engine. They are usually obtained by two oscillograms of high-pressure fuel pipe pressure and injector needle valve lift (shown in Fig. 1). These parameters are: the fuel pressure when the injector needle valve opens Р_ф, the maximum injection pressure Р_ (Тм), the fuel pump advance angle ψ_ (оп) ~ н, the fuel injection lag angle ψ_з, the oil supply angle ψ_п ~ н , Injector injector advance angle ψ_ (оп) ф, injector supply angle ψ_п ~ ф, pump plunger lift h_н, injector needle valve lift h.
