劳动关系和谐稳定是社会和谐稳定的最根本因素,决定着社会各种关系的稳定与和谐。本文以帕累托效率为参照,分析和探讨劳动关系和谐的一般条件,认为雇主效率需求与雇员公平需求之间的平衡是劳动关系和谐的基点,据此提出构建和谐劳动关系的政策建议。
Harmonious and stable labor relations are the most fundamental factor for social harmony and stability and determine the stability and harmony of various social relations. Based on the Pareto efficiency, this paper analyzes and discusses the general conditions of harmonious labor relations, and considers that the balance between the efficiency demands of employers and the fair demands of employees is the starting point of harmonious labor relations. Based on this, the author puts forward the policy recommendations for building harmonious labor relations.
