本文根据实验研究,探讨了活断层泥中石英碎砾表面放射状张裂纹和凹坑的形成机制,提出了放射状张裂纹和凹坑是活断层粘滑活动时石英碎砾中包体发生爆裂的产物的观点。这种放射状爆裂张裂纹和弹坑可以作为鉴定活断层粘滑活动的一种新标志。
Based on the experimental study, this paper discusses the formation mechanism of radial cracks and dimples on the surface of quartz crushed gravel in the active fault mud. It is proposed that the radial tension cracks and dimples are the products of burst in the inclusions in the quartz crushed gravel the opinion of. Such radial burst cracks and craters can be used as a new indicator of stick-slip activity in identifying active faults.
