目的 探讨三棱、莪术提取物(SE)异构的MFC瘤苗的免疫原性及实验治疗效果。方法 将经SE处理的MFC细胞作为异构瘤苗,进行免疫接种及实验治疗观察。结果 SE异构的瘤苗免疫治疗荷瘤小鼠,可显著减慢小鼠肿瘤的生长、存活时间延长、成瘤率降低,有较好的实验治疗效果。结论 SE可以增加肿瘤细胞的免疫原性,介导机体抗瘤效应,此疫苗可作为治疗该肿瘤的手段之一。
Objective To investigate the immunogenicity and experimental therapeutic effect of isomerism MFC tumor vaccine of Trimeresurus Rhizoma Curcumae extract (SE). Methods SE cells were treated as heterogeneous tumor cells by immunization and experimental treatment. Results Heterotrophic tumor vaccine immunization of tumor-bearing mice can significantly slow down the growth of tumor in mice, prolong the survival time and reduce the rate of tumor formation, and have better experimental treatment effect. Conclusion SE can increase the immunogenicity of tumor cells and mediate the anti-tumor effect of the body. This vaccine can be used as one of the means to treat this tumor.
