为了评价高分级膀胱癌多药耐受相关蛋白( MRP) 表达差异的意义,对47 例初发膀胱移行细胞癌,7 例复发性膀胱癌及7 例正常膀胱粘膜组织标本MRP 表达进行了检测。结果表明,初发膀胱癌中,MRP 总阳性率为40-4 % ,复发性膀胱癌MRP 阳性率为57-1 % ,正常膀胱粘膜也有28-5 % 的表达率。高分级(G3) 膀胱癌较低、中分级(G1 、G2) 膀胱癌MRP 表达阳性率显著降低,结果提示MRP 表达率下降是肿瘤分化不良及恶化的结果。同时发现,MRP 与MDR1 表达之间无明显关系,两种基因不存在共同调节,进一步研究这种差异的临床意义是很有必要的。
To evaluate the significance of multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) expression in high-grade bladder cancer, MRP expression in 47 cases of primary transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, 7 cases of recurrent bladder cancer and 7 cases of normal bladder mucosa was examined. The results showed that the positive rate of MRP in primary bladder cancer was 40-4%, that of MRP in recurrent bladder cancer was 57-1%, and that of normal bladder mucosa was 28-5%. The positive rate of MRP in high grade (G3) bladder cancer was lower than in middle grade (G1, G2) bladder cancer. The result indicated that the decrease of MRP expression rate was the result of poorly differentiated and malignant tumor. At the same time, it was found that there was no significant relationship between MRP and MDR1 expression, and the two genes did not co-regulate. It is necessary to further study the clinical significance of this difference.
