基于端抽运板条增益模块的主振荡器功率放大(MOPA)是高平均功率激光二极管抽运激光器(DPL)发展的有效途径之一,近年来受到广泛关注。通过理论分析和数值模拟,建立了板条增益模块的设计模型,分析了板条增益模块的小信号增益系数、输出特性、温度和热应力等关键参数。研制的模块尺寸为50cm(长)×30cm(宽)×20cm(等),静态波前畸变为0.22μm(不包括倾斜),实验研究获得了均匀性约94%的荧光分布,在占空比为60%条件下,输出平均功率1086.3W,斜率效率41.7%。
Main Oscillator Power Amplification (MOPA) based on end pumping slab gain module is one of the effective ways to develop high average power laser diode pumping laser (DPL), and has drawn much attention in recent years. Through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the design model of the slab gain module is established, and the key parameters such as small signal gain coefficient, output characteristic, temperature and thermal stress of the slab gain module are analyzed. The developed module size is 50cm (length) × 30cm (width) × 20cm (equal), the static wavefront distortion is 0.22μm (excluding the tilt), the experimental study obtained about 94% of the fluorescence distribution uniformity, the duty cycle For 60%, the average output power of 1086.3W, slope efficiency of 41.7%.
