一片冰心在玉壶学生甲:性格内向,不善言辞,沟通困难较大,和同学关系不融洽,很容易发生冲突。对待教师缺乏应有的尊重,给教师的感觉总是目中无人,不好对付。学生甲这类学生在情感上比较脆弱,容易为小事而难过愤怒,其习惯性的反应是攻击。如果采用压制或强硬手段只能适得其反。我以朋友的角色试着和他进行交流,不持居高临下、盛气凌人的态度。在相处交流中,以宽容的方式让他意识到我和同学们确实是在关注、关心、爱护着他,使他认识到愤怒会伤害到他人。当他真正感受到大家的耐心、细心时,也会在悄无声息中化解内心的愤怒。
