本文从我国社会矛盾纠纷解决机制的历史沿革入手,分析了我国社会矛盾纠纷解决机制的现状及存在的问题,通过比较借鉴其他国家的已有经验,探索当前我国社会矛盾纠纷解决的路径。文章强调应立足于我国的国情,适应现代经济和社会发展的需求,引入体系化、整体化的思考方法,构建科学合理、运行高效的多元纠纷解决机制。
Starting from the historical evolution of the mechanism of resolving social conflicts and disputes in our country, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the resolving mechanism of social conflicts and disputes in our country, and explores the current solution of social conflicts and disputes in our country by comparing the existing experiences of other countries. The article emphasizes that we should base ourselves on the national conditions of our country, adapt to the needs of the development of the modern economy and society, introduce systematic and holistic thinking methods, and build a scientific and rational multi-element dispute resolution mechanism that operates efficiently.
