在输液制剂生产上,分装对输液质量和生产效率的影响很大。自动化程度较高的制药厂,是采用光电、电磁系统来自动控制分装。国内一些医院制剂室,因条件较差,一般多手工操作,采用高位吊瓶,重力灌注分装,质量和生产效率都较低;而采用电子或射流系统控制又嫌设备庞大,资金较多而不适用于医院制剂室。为此,作者研制成功一种小型精密、结构简单的自动定量真空灌注器,经5年多的应用认为满意,效果很好,特作介绍。
