在EPC总承包模式下,工程项目中为了高效、顺利完成项目目标的工程项目行为主体构成该项目的组织界面。界面管理是效率的重要来源,以某省地方铁路EPC项目为例,对地方铁路EPC项目的组织界面进行识别和分析,并以总包单位的视角,重点阐述总包商与业主单位、监理单位之间组织界面管理的难点及措施,为地方铁路EPC项目的组织界面管理提供借鉴,实现项目中多行为主体的协作共赢。
Under the EPC general contracting mode, the main body of the project in order to accomplish the goal of the project efficiently and effectively constitutes the organizational interface of the project.
