我们城乡一建公司是在改革中组建的,最初是一支三结合的队伍,即由反聘的离退休人员、正式职工和农民工三部分组成,管理人员则大部分是离退休人员,被称为“老头儿队”。公司经理焦志忠很形象地说:“那时候公司一开会,从台上往下一看,白发苍苍一片。如今你再看,那真是黑压压一片,管理人员都变成了年轻人,看着就那么有劲!” 这儿的年轻人为什么这么快就挑起了大梁? 还得说是公司领导人想得长远,一是推着年轻人上;二是催着年轻人学。随着竞争的激烈,公司领导越发感到靠老胳膊老腿老脑筋去拼,心有余力不足了。事业的发展还得靠年轻人。90年代初,公司任命了年仅29岁的张建中为副经理。当时有的老同志想不通:“我们熬了多少年了,怎么能轮到他这个嘴边没毛的?”为此,焦经理做了大量的工作:“新陈代谢是不可抗拒的规律,企业是老同志创下的,但未来是年轻人的,我们应该尽早把他们推上来。”

In the early 1990s, the company appointed Zhang Jianzhong, who was only 29 years old, as deputy manager. At that time, some old comrades could not figure out: “How many years have we been married, how can it be his turn of hair?” For this purpose, Coke has done a lot of work: “The metabolism is an irresistible law.” The company was founded by old comrades, but the future is young people. We should push them up as soon as possible."
