TC4钛合金光纤激光焊接工艺研究

采用6 kW光纤激光器焊接5 mm厚TC4钛合金,试验研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响,分析了焊接接头微观组织和硬度,测试了室温下焊缝的力学性能。研究结果表明:光纤激光焊接5 mm厚钛合金,能够得到成形良好、无裂纹和气孔的焊接接头。接头各区域的显微硬度均高于母材,焊缝抗拉强度与母材相当。 The effect of welding process parameters on the weld formation was studied by welding a 5 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy with a 6 kW fiber laser. The microstructure and hardness of the welded joints were analyzed and the mechanical properties of the weld at room temperature were tested. The results show that fiber laser welding of 5 mm thick titanium alloy can produce well-formed welded joints without cracks and pores. The microhardness of the joints in all regions are higher than the base metal, the tensile strength of the weld and the base metal is quite.
