患者管××,男,67岁,因颜面部及四肢皮肤出现潮红及水肿性紫色红斑伴全身肌肉酸痛无力20多天,于1987年11月30日以“皮肌炎”第一次入院,入院时检查:颜面、颈、胸背、腹部,双上肢皮肤呈弥漫性浮肿性紫红色斑,伴毛细血管扩张,以颜面为著。胸腹四肢皮肤散在抓痕并有糠秕状鳞屑及血痂。四肢活动稍差,肌张力减低,肌力四级。实验室检查:Hb14.9g%,RBC332万/mm~3,WBC15600/mm~3,N90%,L10%,尿常规:蛋白(+)。血沉、24小时尿肌酸、肌酐、血糖、尿素氮、尿酸、肌酐、二氧化碳
