目的识别、检测、评价深圳市龙岗区某石英表制造企业的职业病危害因素和职业病危害防护措施,为建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法采取职业卫生现场调查和现场检测等方法进行综合分析,开展定性和定量评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有二氯甲烷、丙酮、正己烷和噪声,检测点合格率为100%。各岗位化学物职业病危害程度分级主要为0~1级。各岗位8 h等效声级均未超过85 d B(A),尚未定级。结论该项目的职业病危害风险较轻微,控制措施有效。
Objective To identify, test and evaluate occupational hazards and protective measures against occupational hazards in a quartz watch manufacturer in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, providing a scientific basis for the completion and acceptance of occupational disease protection facilities in construction projects. Methods Occupational health field survey and on-site testing methods were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis and carry out qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main hazards of occupational hazards in the production process of the project were dichloromethane, acetone, n-hexane and noise. The passing rate of the test points was 100%. Occupational hazards of various positions in the classification of occupational hazards mainly 0 to 1 level. The 8-h equivalent sound level for each post did not exceed 85 days B (A), yet not yet rated. Conclusion The risk of occupational hazards in this project is minor and the control measures are effective.
