教学过程是教师主导教跟学生主动学两者密切配合的活动过程。教师主导教是前提,诱出学生主动学;而学生的主动学是整个过程的关键。妥善处理两者之间相互关系的正确途径,应是教师导得“循循善诱”和学生动得“如饥似渴”,从而促进“导”跟“动’的统一。只有这样,教师才能教得生动活泼,学生才能学得积极主动。那么,怎样才能发挥教师的主导作用,使学生学得主动去获得知识呢?
The teaching process is an active process in which teacher-led teaching and students actively cooperate with each other. Teacher-led education is the premise to induce students to take the initiative to learn; and students’ initiative is the key to the entire process. The correct way to properly handle the interrelationship between the two should be that the teacher leads “being good and fast” and the student’s “hungry,” thus promoting the unification of “guidance” and “motivation.” Only in this way can teachers be taught lively, Students can learn to be proactive, so how can we play a leading role for teachers so that students can learn to actively acquire knowledge?
