你知道吗?脖子能显示出人的年龄。这是因为颈部的皮肤松弛、出现皱纹均比面部早的缘故。因为保持人们容貌健美,除经常做面部操外,还必须做颈部操。通常,在早晨做完面部操后,再做颈部操;倘若用油膏擦颈后;再进行练习,效果更好。颈部操的內容和要求如下: 练习一、向后仰头至极限后,用下唇掩压住上唇(图1);然后,慢慢地、平静地低头,下巴触及胸部。重复练习4—6次。
