随着国家的发展,作为维系社会秩序有力武器的法律越来越发挥着重要的作用。就《刑法》发展而言,能够根据社会发展而修订,以适应社会发展需要,也使刑事立法、司法等活动发生较大的变化,这就对刑法学教育提出更高的要求。纵观国内刑法学教育现状看,存在诸多问题,但其问题是经过长期日积月累而形成的,要改善其现状,仍然任重而道远。本文主要阐述我国刑法学教学中存在的问题,并分析其原因,希望能够对刑法学教育改革发挥积极作用。
With the development of the country, the law as a powerful weapon for maintaining social order is playing an increasingly important role. As far as the development of the Criminal Law is concerned, it can be amended according to the social development so as to meet the needs of social development. In addition, great changes have taken place in criminal legislation and judiciary activities. This will place higher demands on the education of criminal law. Looking at the current status of domestic criminal law education, there are many problems, but the problem is formed over a long period of time and time. To improve the status quo, still a long way to go. This article mainly expounds the problems existing in the teaching of criminal law in our country, and analyzes its causes, hoping to play an active role in the reform of criminal law education.
