提出了一种基于不同铺层缺口边应力解析计算模型的含缺口层压板剩余强度研究方法。以含缺口层压板0°层缺口边平均应力与无缺口层压板纵向拉伸强度的比值为失效表征参数,对拉伸载荷作用下含缺口层压板剩余强度进行研究。全面分析了缺口边应力分布,计算获得了T300/1034-C层压板0°层的平均应力随缺口边距和缺口半径的变化趋势,比较了四种工程常用复合材料板0°层平均应力的变化趋势。不同铺层层合板开口后的剩余强度与现有试验结果比较,验证了建立的分析方法的可行性。
A new method for studying the residual strength of notched laminates based on the analytical model of edge stress in different ply gaps was proposed.
