用低硒和低硒饲料补硒饲养大鼠,14周后对比观察大鼠心肌线粒体膜脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化物酶(SOD)活性。结果显示,补硒组大鼠心肌线粒体LPO含量降低,GSH-Px活性升高,但补硒对线粒体SOD活性无明显影响,研究结果进一步表明硒对心肌线粒体膜有保护作用
Rats were fed with selenium supplemented with low-selenium and low-selenium diet for 14 weeks. The contents of lipid peroxidation (LPO), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity. The results showed that the myocardial mitochondrial LPO content decreased and GSH-Px activity increased in selenium-supplemented group, but there was no significant effect of selenium supplementation on mitochondrial SOD activity.
