针对机关党建“灯下黑”的问题,浮山县从基础工作入手,突出硬招实招,推动机关党建走在前、做表率。一是举办支部书记培训班,提升带头人能力。年初利用6天的时间对119个机关党支部(总支)的党支部书记和组织委员共计329人进行了一次系统培训,增强了支部书记抓党建工作的责任意识,提升开展组织建设、管理党员队伍等实际工作水平。
