从人因工程的视角探讨了竞争情报分析空间模型,并以系统观点为导向,把人员、技术、任务以及环境整合起来,构建竞争情报分析空间模型。在人员设计方面,将分析人员的专业知识、技能等应用到技术、流程以及所处环境中;在技术设计方面,需要综合考虑技术的自动度、调整度、整合度;在任务设计方面,需要结合分析人员、技术、环境系统等因素进行功能设计和任务设计;在环境设计方面,需要进行内外部环境或者氛围的设计。
