目的 :了解社区慢性病防治工作的开展情况及社区居民对慢性病防治的认识和需求,为有针对性地制定社区干预计划提供科学依据。方法 :采用定性研究的方法,对某2个市区2个国家级慢性病综合防控示范区的77名社区居民和4名社区管理人员分别进行专题小组访谈及个人深入访谈。对收集到的资料采用主题框架分析法进行分析。结果 :社区居民及社区管理人员对慢性病发病及其危险因素等情况均有基本了解;社区与卫生、体育等部门合作,开展了丰富多彩的慢性病防治活动;居民对基层医疗机构的服务、医保制度及健康生活环境方面提出改善意见较多。结论 :社区居民慢性病防治需求尚未得到满足,今后的社区干预计划要立足于此,有针对性地制定干预策略和措施。同时,政府及有关部门要进一步营造健康的社会环境。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the progress of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community and community residents’ awareness and demand for prevention and control of chronic diseases, and to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of community intervention plans. Methods: By means of qualitative research, 77 community residents and 4 community managers of 2 national chronic disease comprehensive prevention and control demonstration zones in two urban areas were interviewed by special group and in-person interviews respectively. The collected data were analyzed by thematic framework analysis. Results: Community residents and community managers had a basic understanding of the incidence of chronic diseases and their risk factors. The community carried out various chronic disease prevention and treatment activities in cooperation with health and sports departments. The residents’ service to primary medical institutions and the health insurance system And healthy living environment to improve the views put forward more. Conclusion: The demand for prevention and control of chronic diseases in community residents has not yet been met. The plan for community intervention in the future should be based on this and targeted intervention strategies and measures should be formulated. At the same time, the government and relevant departments should further create a healthy social environment.
