锰(Ⅱ)在氨—氯化铵中在滴汞电极上还原为金属,得到一极谱波(E_(1/2)=-1.65伏,对S、C、E),测定灵敏度不到10~(-4)M.曾报导锰(Ⅲ)在0.45MNaOH、2%三乙醇胺、0.03MKIO_4底液中产生一催化波,半波电位为-0.51伏(对S、C、E),锰(Ⅲ)浓度在10~(-4)~10~(-5)M与催化电流有线性关系.我们试验了锰(Ⅱ)在α-α′-联吡啶、六次甲基四胺、亚硝酸钠体系中的极谱催化波,测定灵敏度达 4×18~(-8)M,波形良好,呈对称尖峰状.峰电位约为-1.57V(对S、C、E).
Manganese (Ⅱ) was reduced to metal on the droplet mercury electrode in ammonia-ammonium chloride to obtain a polarographic wave (E ½ (1/2) = -1.65 V, S, C, E) ~ (-4) M. Manganese (Ⅲ) has been reported to produce a catalytic wave in 0.45M NaOH, 2% triethanolamine and 0.03M KIO_4 at the half wave potential of -0.51 V for S, C and E, (Ⅲ) concentration in the range of 10 ~ (-4) ~ 10 ~ (-5) M and catalytic current.We tested the effect of manganese (Ⅱ) on the catalytic activity of α-α’-dipyridyl, hexamethylenetetramine, The polarographic catalytic wave in sodium system has a sensitivity of 4 × 18 ~ (-8) M and a good shape with a symmetrical spike. The peak potential is about -1.57V (for S, C and E).
