The traditional production line represents a standardized production process, the requirements of workers is fixed in a station, engaged in simple, repetitive work, can not grasp the whole process of production. In 1998, Canon Japan implemented a change of production known as the “Canon Revolution,” changing the way it used assembly-line assembly lines instead of “unit production.” The most important significance of this change is that it changes the operator’s position in the productive activities and enhances the worker’s self-actualizing experience. In order to adapt to such changes, vocational education should carry out reform in terms of building the knowledge ability of talented people, cultivating innovative capabilities and strengthening training functions.
