目的 观察铜离子对直肠末端平滑肌组织的刺激反应。方法 选用雄性家兔6 5只,用铜离子电化学治疗仪的铜针刺入直肠末端齿状线上方的黏膜下平滑肌组织内,随机按实验操作后1、3、4、6、8周的不同时间分为5个组,每组10只,观察组织学变化。结果 各组针刺部位外观均未发现黏膜有异常表现。病理学所见:1周组黏膜下轻度水肿,8只炎细胞浸润明显,主要是浆细胞和淋巴细胞,2只浸润为中度。3周组炎症减轻。4周组仍有轻度炎症,5周时炎症消失。各组平滑肌组织均正常。另用铂针和钢针做对照,观察铜针对组织是否有特殊反应,每组5只,10只有轻度浆细胞浸润,而中性白细胞浸润明显,有溃疡、小脓肿形成及炎性坏死。钢针组尤为明显。结论 铜针刺入组织可产生炎症,5周后完全消退,其特点是以浆细胞和淋巴细胞浸润为主,可能有利于加强组织局部的抗感染能力,但对平滑肌组织无损害。钢、铂针的组织损害则比较严重。
Objective To observe the stimulatory response of copper ions to the rectus end of the smooth muscle. Methods Sixty-five male rabbits were selected. The copper needles of copper ion electrochemotherapy apparatus were inserted into the submucous smooth muscle tissue above the dentate line of the rectum. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: one, three, four, six, eight weeks after operation Divided into five groups at different times, each group of 10, observed histological changes. Results The appearances of acupuncture points in each group showed no abnormal mucosal findings. Pathological findings: 1 week group mucosal mild edema, 8 inflammatory cells infiltration, mainly plasma cells and lymphocytes, 2 infiltration was moderate. 3 weeks group inflammation relief. 4 weeks group still mild inflammation, inflammation disappeared after 5 weeks. Smooth muscle tissue of all groups were normal. Another platinum needle and needle as a control to observe whether the copper has a special response to the organization, each group of 5, 10 mild plasma cell infiltration, neutrophil infiltration, ulceration, small abscess formation and inflammatory necrosis. Steel needle group is particularly obvious. CONCLUSIONS: Copper needle penetration into the tissue can produce inflammation and completely disappear after 5 weeks. It is mainly characterized by plasma cells and lymphocyte infiltration, which may be helpful to strengthen the local anti-infective ability of the tissue but not damage the smooth muscle. Steel, platinum needle tissue damage is more serious.
