以AM、AA、AS和APTAC为原料,以水为溶剂,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了AM/AA/AS/APTAC四元共聚物泥浆处理剂。探讨了合成条件对产物所处理泥浆性能的影响,初步评价了合成产物在钻井液中的应用效果。结果表明,本文报导的共聚物在淡水、盐水和饱和盐水泥浆中均具有明显的降滤失作用,抗温、抗盐和防塌能力强。
The AM / AA / AS / APTAC ternary copolymer slurry treating agent was synthesized using AM, AA, AS and APTAC as raw materials and water as solvent using oxidation-reduction initiating system. The effect of synthesis conditions on the performance of the mud treated by the product was discussed, and the application effect of the synthesized product in drilling fluid was preliminarily evaluated. The results show that the copolymers reported in this paper all have obvious effect of reducing fluid loss in fresh water, salt water and saturated salt water slurry, and have high temperature resistance, salt resistance and anti-collapse ability.
