基于传统石门揭煤技术及目前石门揭煤中存在的技术难题基础上,深入探讨由煤层揭露岩层的石门反向揭煤技术原理及技术路线,结合现场淮南矿业集团潘一矿11-2煤层西翼轨道石门反向揭煤研究及应用,较传统石门揭煤技术大大缩短揭煤工期,打钻排放瓦斯成本得到大幅下降,突出危险性亦大大降低。说明该技术在突出煤层中,特别是在缓倾斜突出煤层中要反复穿越长距离的石门揭煤工程中值得推广应用。
Based on the traditional crosscutting technology and the technical problems existing in the uncovering of Shek Mun at present, this paper explores the technical principle and technical route of reverse coal uncovering by exposing rock strata in the coal seam, The research and application of reverse coal uncovering on the wing orb rail Shihmen has greatly shortened the coal uncovering period compared with the traditional crosscutting technology and the cost of drilling and draining the gas has been greatly reduced. It shows that this technique is worthy of popularization and application in the outburst coal seam, especially in the gently inclined coal seam, which is to be repeatedly exposed through the long distance.
