2009年2月21日,福建省质量技术监督局标准化处对福建省特种设备检验院负责起草的《锅炉煤炭气化燃烧系统安全技术规范》、《在役超高压水晶釜超声检测》、《城镇燃气管道定期检验规程》、《长输管道安装安全质量监督检验技术规范》4项福建省地方标准,福建省相关专家进行了审定。专家们认为:这4项地方标准很好填补了福建省的空白,标准内容密切结合检验中重大难题,多项全国首创,对锅炉煤炭气化燃烧系统检测、长输管道安装监
On February 21, 2009, the Standardization Division of Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Fujian Province was responsible for drafting the “Technical Specifications for Safety of Coal Gasification and Combustion System of Boilers”, “Ultrasonic Testing of In-service UHP Crystal Kettle”, “Town Gas Pipeline Regular Inspection Regulations ”,“ long-distance pipeline installation safety and quality supervision and inspection technical specifications ”4 Fujian local standards, Fujian Province, the relevant experts were validated. Experts believe that these four local standards have well filled the gaps in Fujian Province. The standard content closely combines the major problems in inspection.
