目的观察金属桩核冠修复上颌切牙残冠的临床应用效果。方法对258颗上颌切牙残冠应用铸造桩核冠修复,观察有无龈染、嘣瓷、冠脱位、桩核脱位、根折、桩折等情况。结果经过2年观察258颗牙中优良病例226例、合格病例19例、失败病例13颗,成功率为95%。结论金属桩核冠修复上颌切牙残冠是一种可行的修复方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of crown restored with maxillary incisor crown. Methods The crown of 258 maxillary incisors was repaired with cast post and core crown. The conditions such as gingival crease, porcelain crown, crown dislocation, dislocation of nucleus piles, root and piles were observed. Results Two hundred and twenty-eight cases of excellent teeth were observed in 2 years. There were 19 qualified cases and 13 failed cases with a success rate of 95%. Conclusion The restoration of the crown of the maxillary incisor with a metal post with a crown is a feasible solution.
