8月24日,由建设部住宅产业化促进中心组织召开的“建设部 A 级住宅认定会”在朝阳公园和经领巾公园的新兴住宅项目----“公园大道-万盛家园”的销售接待中心隆重举行。据悉,目前北京申报建设部A级住宅认定的项目达17个之多,但是目前仅“奥林匹克花园”和“金辰公寓”通过评定,而“公园大道-万盛家园”将成为获此殊荣的第三个项目,也是北京万元以上高档项目中通过该项国家级住宅品质认定的拔头筹者。
