单体品系5280是在TomThumb×苏麦3号的F4株系中自然产生的,经与中国春单体4B(CSM4B)杂交,并检查其F1花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体构型,确定为单体4B系。比较了Rht3矮秆系单体4B自交后代中二体、单体株的形态和产量性状。结果表明,单体4B在盆栽和田间条件下株高分别比二体增15.5和18.0cm,因此根据植株的这一形态特征很易把群体内的二体和单体区分开来。单体4B所产生的花粉量为其M体的76.1%。根据单体植株自交种子及其成株中二体、单体和缺体的比例,推算得出n—1雄配子传递力为18%。本文同时讨论了单体4B应用于杂种小麦繁种、制种的可能性及有待进一步研究的问题。
Monosomic line 5280 was naturally found in the F4 line of TomThumb × Sumai 3 and crossed with the Chinese spring monosomic 4B (CSM4B) and examined the meiosis chromosome configuration of F1 pollen mother cell, Body 4B system. The morphology and yield traits of dwarf and monomeric plants in selfing inbred lines of Rht3 dwarfing line 4B were compared. The results showed that the monomer 4B under potted and field conditions increased 15.5 and 18.0 cm respectively compared with that of the two plants. Therefore, according to the morphological characteristics of plants, it is easy to distinguish the two bodies and monomers in the population. Monomer 4B produced 76.1% of its M body. The n-1 male gamete transfer force was estimated to be 18% based on the ratio of the two-body, single-body and body-null in the selfing seeds and their adult plants. This article also discussed the possibility of monomer 4B used in hybrid wheat breeding, seed production and issues to be further studied.
