近年来,国外的工程机械制造和修理厂家,推广应用了各种化学粘接剂,以此来提高产品质量,降低生产成本。我在日本进修期间,看到不少这方面的事例,在这里向读者作一些介绍。一、机械装配用粘接剂在装配各种发动机、减速器和液压件时,日本工厂普遍使用两种粘接剂:硅系粘接剂和合成橡胶系粘接剂。硅系粘接剂涂在各种密封垫的两面,用于零件装配接合面之间的粘接。这种粘接剂的特点是耐寒耐热性好(使用温度-60~250℃),遇水遇油不会变质,绝缘性好,不燃无毒,固化后仍具有弹性,耐冲击振动。合成橡胶系粘接剂涂在各种胶管接头的内壁上,用于胶管和金属硬管之间的密封。它的特点是粘接力强,固化后
In recent years, foreign manufacturers of construction machinery and repairs have promoted the use of various chemical adhesives to improve product quality and reduce production costs. During my study in Japan, I saw quite a few examples in this area, and I made some introductions for readers here.
